We like to refer to our training sessions as the Pulse training experiences because it's more than just a workout. Apart from all the benefits of EMS training listed here, we also pride ourselves on building custom training experiences for all our customers.
Rapid Fat Loss
EMS promotes targeted weight loss by building muscle, which helps boost your metabolism and burn fat.
Fast Lean Muscle Building
Increased blood flow, contractions on targeted muscle groups, and the fact that EMS promotes circulation to the area it's applied to for recovery all lead to fast, lean muscle building.
Immediate Cellulite Reduction
EMS accelerates blood circulation and ensures faster blood flow to targeted muscle groups, assisting in cellulite reduction.
Increase Strength
EMS can increase your strength faster than conventional methods due to the intensity of the electrical impulses on your muscles. During EMS training 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
Recovery
Because EMS can target specific muscle groups, it can assist with back pain, strengthening the core, improving overall posture, and recovery after obtaining an injury.
Easy on the Joints
EMS does not pressure your joints like other training methods for people struggling with osteoporosis, arthritis, or perhaps suffering from an injury.
Up your Endurance
EMS improves endurance due to fast and slow-twitch muscle activation during a targeted training session.
Burn Calories Faster
EMS training is convenient for those who find it harder to burn calories due to age or underlying health issues like hormonal imbalances, PCOS, and insulin resistance.

FAQ's
Can I just try it?
Yes, you can! Anyone is welcome to book a free demo session via our website or by getting in touch with a specific club listed in our find a club section.
Can I do Pulse?
Generally, EMS training is safe to use. Suppose you suffer from severe health conditions like Epilepsy, Heart Pacemaker, Pregnancy, Tumour diseases, diseases with fever, acute bacterial or viral processes, and bleeding. In that case, it might be best to check in with your doctor first.
What is Pulse?
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a new trend sport that originally comes from physiotherapy. This high-intense full-body workout uses low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate muscles often ignored by conventional training methods. During an EMS training session, which only lasts about 20 minutes, all big groups of muscles are stimulated and despite its short duration, EMS is as effective as several hours of traditional strength training!
